Order form

Dear Customer,

Orders may be placed by simple written request, or you may download and print an order form.

You can enter contact information and data regarding the building site directly into the form. If you do not have detailed cadastral information at your disposal, e.g. communal district, cadastral unit and parcel, it is sufficient to give the street and house number.

Please print out and sign the form and return it to us by fax or post. You can also scan the signed form and send it to us by e-mail.
